Welcome to Our
Seniors Programs

Growing older is not about slowing down—it is about staying connected, engaged, and thriving. Our seniors programming is designed to support the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being of older adults through meaningful activities and community connections.

Research consistently shows that regular movement and social interaction play a vital role in healthy aging. Physical activities help maintain strength, balance, flexibility, and independence, while social engagement reduces isolation, boosts mental health, and creates a sense of belonging and purpose.

NEW FOR 2026 - Whether you enjoy the graceful movement of dance, the calming practice of Tai Chi, the joy of singing in a choir, or simply gathering with friends for conversation and fellowship, there is something here for everyone. Our programs, thanks to the generous support of the New Horizons for Seniors grant, provide opportunities to stay active, learn new skills, build friendships, and celebrate the richness of life at every age.

We believe that wellness is about more than physical health—it is about nurturing the whole person. Through movement, music, laughter, and community, our seniors programs create welcoming spaces where participants can grow, connect, and flourish together.

Join us and discover the many ways an active and connected community can enrich your life.
