Making Climate Change
an Election Issue

Ontario goes to the polls on June 2, 2022.  As good as it is to take action as individuals or local communities, taking care of the earth is something that requires all of us – individuals, small groups, businesses, and governments – working together. And to get everyone engaged, we need to talk about it!  Two organizations have prepared resources to help us have those necessary conversations:

Your parish could also help host a candidates’ debate on the environment!  GreenPAC, a non-partisan, non-profit organization working to build leadership and government action on the environment, is hoping to hold debates in key provincial ridings – all of which fall within our Diocesan boundaries.  Click here to learn more and get involved.
